I visited a state park in Georgia and stayed in a cabin there. This was my first experience staying in a cabin, and it went better than I expected. I was a little nervous on the ride up to the park. It was pitch black out on the way there, and I was surrounded by woods. A park representative met me on the way up and guided me to my cabin. Thank goodness that I called on the way up and let them know that I was arriving soon. I was about two minutes away from turning around. Anyway, I was glad that I made up to my destination, and I loved the time that I spent in Helen. Georgia State Parks sponsored my overnight stay.
